I recommend Rick Penders automotive mechanics in Sutherland. They were able to fit me today to get a blue slip done without any issues. Very friendly receptionist and mechanics. I will definitely be going back.
Denied pink slip, listed reason "damaged front control arm bushings". Personally found it hard to believe since the mechanic was unable to tell me whether the bushings where fused to the control arm or just bolt on which he should know if he investigated the apparent issue. Immediately pushed for me comming back for them to fix the "issue" for an estimate 100-200 bucks per side. also charged 50 bucks for a pink slip which wouldn't be such a big deal if they were honest and didn't try to upcharge for a greater repair to make ... read more
