I highly recommend rick for a relaxing back massage. He's polite, really sweet and knows what he is doing. I walked away feeling none of the pain I went in with in my back and shoulders. I will be going back 🙂
Twice in less than a week Rick has gone above and beyond to help me. Today I woke up with a migraine which just got worse as the day progressed after it making me feel really unwell after work tonight rick got me back in and been able to release the tension through my shoulders and neck which has fixed my migraine. Beyond grateful for this incredible man.
Had the most incredible massage by Rick today. I live with a condition called Elhers Danlos Syndrome and Rick went out of his way to research all about it so that he could treat me safely and effectively after I had expressed in previous conversation how worried i was about getting massages due to past experiences and getting hurt. Rick O’Connor is a wealth of knowledge within his profession and explains the whole process with you. I had a 2 hour session booked in for my sciatica to help relieve my pain and I have walked away like I am walking on clouds. I would recommend Rick for any remedial massage as he is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are looked after.
Omg I have been in alot of pain the last few weeks, especially the last couple of days. I couldn't even brush my hair today. Thanks to a friends referral to see Rick. I have a physical job and my body is smashed on a daily basis. Remedial massage, cupping, heat packs and massage gun. It was pretty intense at times but definitely worth it. Obviously not a quick fix, a work in progress, a few more visits ahead of me yet. If you are needing relief give Rick a shout out, he wont disappoint.
