Allison at Rick Mottern State Farm was extremely responsive and took the time to answer all my questions, helping me get the best quote for my needs. She made me feel like I was her only client, not just another policy number. If your current agent doesn't give you that kind of attention, it's time to make a change. Highly recommend Allison and this office!

I have been with Rick Mottern State Farm Insurance for many years and have always felt supported. The customer service is exceptional with professional and reliable communication. I always feel like they are working with us to make sure that we have the coverage we need at the best price, and checking to make sure we aren't over covered.
