Rick came to our home and worked for 5 hours straight, fixing multiple pipes that were failing and several DIY mistakes. Even when access to the plumbing was tough, he got it done and gave my family peace of mind that it was done correctly. He treated our home, kids, and pets with respect, and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. The pricing was more than fair for the work that he did. He was on time, bonded with my dog, didn't comment on my cluttered basement and was in and out in 30 min. Job completed to perfection and exceeded all expectations. Already recommended him to family and friends.
Rick Lucas did a great job replacing my leaking water heater. Was right on time for the initial appointment and also on the day of the install. Price was good as well. Very knowledgeable.
