He’s my daughter’s court appointed attorney. We all know what that means ultimately she’s not going to get any real representation. I called his office to get clarification on an fta because she was actually in custody during her court date but bonded out the very next day . There was no communication that her court date was moved to later in the week because Rowan County sheriff department confiscated her phone bc she’s a victim in an assault case and they took it for evidence.
