Awful customer service. Will not return calls only emails. Staff has no idea what they are doing! Rick is always in metings and never available to answer questions. Every month my account is messed up. I have been a loyal customer to State Farm for 20 years and just recently switched to this agent without a choice. I am now looking for a new agent or insurance company! Good prices are not worth the ignorance you have to deal with. I would rather pay twice as much then have to go one more month with this agent.
