Rick Light is a wonderful builder and all around great human. I work with him professionally. He is thorough on a job site. He is team oriented. He runs a tight ship and focuses on the quality and timeline of a build. Rick gracefully manages subcontractors and renovation schedules, giving clients piece of mind. Also- he is polite and respectful. Very important when working in people’s homes!

I am delighted to find this page and to leave a positive review of Rick Light, and his work. Rick was professional, punctual, and completed a tricky remodel/renovation under some time constraints. Four years later, no problems with the reno or installed floor, despite seeing a lot of traffic. ps- he let the amateur watch and learn (and help), which was productive in the end...
