Rick was my parent's insurance agent for auto and home. When I moved back to KC I received a quote on my cars from Rick and chose him. Recently I bought a home, and had a "down to the wire" issue on closing due to the mortgage company agent lying to me (in writing) about something regarding my homeowner policy. The day before closing I had to jump through hoops to make it happen, and Rick and his team jumped on board asap to get the mortgage company everything they needed. Couldn’t ask for a much worse experience with my agent. After a divorce and separating our policies, I was charged for payments I shouldn’t have been. Instead of just making it right, I had to go back and forth for months with him before receiving the check. Any mistake that would happen he would automatically divert the blame to the “system” or “billing”, refusing to take accountability for his own mistakes.
