This was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. The first problem was they did a colonoscopy and never explained the results despite by repeated attempts. Secondly there was a mix up with my insurance which I was not aware of until after the procedure even though they knew before. They would not allow me to make payments and referred to a collector that garnished my account with no notice.
