Rick Johnson in estero is the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with in all of 56 years. Wheel almost fell off from loose lug nuts and they stole 2 of my hub caps. Nick the mechanic blamed my neighbor for coming over and loosing my lug nuts and stealing my hub caps. When you pay top dollar for a skilled mechanic you’d think they could tighten lug nuts. Or at least apologize for their incompetence. Steer clear if you can.

My son's truck broke down the day after Christmas and unfortunately this was the only and closet place to take it. His diesel truck needed an alternator. The manager claimed that they could repair the truck. 3 wrong alternators delivered and still not right, the truck was towed to his regular mechanic the next morning. The mechanic that worked on the truck did not know what he was doing and damaged other parts on the truck. For years I have been driving past them on Grande Oaks for months since I moved here from Utah. I thought they would be to high priced since I see they have 10 location. My Mercedes broke down and a gentleman at the church I was visiting recommended Rick Johnson Auto and Tire. The timing belt, radiator, and battery was the cause. So I was pleased with the prompt and professional service. Only spent a couple of hours, and my car was repaired.

Rick Johnson Auto and Tire provides fair and a trustworthy service. His staff have years of experience and truly care about their customers needs. They have gone the extra mile time and time again to provide good service to me and my family. I have never had a problem with them for over 6 years. I have had them to my brakes, any engine problems, and regular tune ups for both my husband and I. I can t say enough about Rick Johnson Auto and Tire

I bought 4 tires here for my Toyota. I called around and they had the best price. I also get free tire rotation for life. I've been in once because a tire needed balancing and I was getting a vibration in my steering wheel. They took care of it in a timely manner for no charge. The guys were friendly and efficient.

The staff was rude and the service was terrible. A simple oil change took 4 hours! Not to mention they would add on extras to your bill without your knowledge then when it came time to pay the original price was far gone. Save your time and sanity...go somewhere else!!! I would NOT recommend going to Rick Johnson Auto & Tire.
