I had initially rated them highly for services. But recently I found that they engage in very questionable billing practices. First of all, I got a bill with MY name on it for an adult family member who is not in my insurance policy at all. When I called to ask why in the world I have a bill for someone I’m not at all responsible for, they told me their system automatically assigned me to be their responsible party. My wife and I have been going here for the past several years and we have never had a bad experience! The dental hygienists are very good at what they do- they are detailed and careful. My wife has had a lot of cavity work done as well and has never had an issue!
Always kind and thoughtful. The office staff keeps you informed of timing and any delays that arise.
