My daughter and I had a very nice first experience. The office was amazing and the staff was really friendly. Loved the fact we were given a tour of the office and introduced to staff. We waited a little too long for the orthodontist to come in to review the X-rays but other than that the overall experience was really nice.
Excellent services The staff is very friendly and professional from the receptionists to the assistants who was treating me. Of course, I love the refreshment station. It warm me up or wake me up with a cup off coffee and cool me down with the bottle water on a hot summer day.
I took my daughters to Dr. Rick Herrmann’s office for two months and I will never go back!!! They were incredibly nice to get you in the door and then it starts. I paid in full up front. They took my credit card information for anything that may come up. I did this for ease of use. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! About a month into it they charged me another $1000 without permission!
