We purchased a Silverado from them in February. Along with the extended warranty. Brought it in for oil change and also to inquire about a hesitation it has and got brushed off. My husband has made 3 trips up there and nothing, NOTHING has been corrected. The most god awful experience in car sales ever.....This dealership gets one star only because of the salesman otherwise a new category of negative stars would be appropriate. They have no clue about customer service (specifically the receptionist Shannon and the sales manager Curtis). THEY give car sales men a bad rap! – Please save yourself time, hassle and frankly lies, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
