Be aware that if your insurance carrier has a specific copay, like $20, for Physical Therapy visits, it will probably not apply to this provider. After accepting our copay for 10 visits for my wife after knee surgery, we learned too late that they bill our insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, as if they are a facility, such as a surgery center, and not like a physical therapist. Your billing practices are shameful. I was blindsided by the bill I received after months of being there (multiple times weekly) without a single word as to how they were (OVER) billing me. Even my insurance company made the remark that they billed me this particular way to ‘make more money’. It’s shameful, shady and a terrible way to do business. Being a snowbird and needing local PT after heel shattering surgery this was such a positive experience. Treated for mobility of ankle (ORIF and then hardware removal). Staff are confident, competent, and friendly (i.e., Danielle and Ed). I enjoy the 3rd floor view of Tamiami trail and beaming with natural light. Importantly, this place helps... my ankle is painfully improving all the time!
It was such a pleasure having a great place to go when I needed physical therapy. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but incredibly friendly and inviting. I would recommend Rick and Vicki to anyone.
I was treated by George at Rick Haupts Therapy and I couldn't ask for better care. They are excellent in their treatments and make you feel very welcome, like a family. I attribute George and Rick for giving me back my Health after extensive back surgery. There aren't enough words to express how good they are.
