I have an odor coming from the washer after I run a load. It doesn't affect the laundry or it's cleaning. The technician who came to check the washer was very professional and friendly. He gave me an honest opinion of what was going on and what my options were. I wil use them in the future and I do recommend them to others.

Second time they’ve had to come fix the heating element in my dryer. Came less than 24 hours after calling and had the dryer fixed and heating again within 20 mins. Sal was very professional and even made sure we got the right lint cleaning kit ordered so we could clean the vent without spending hundreds on a pro.
