I've been taking my RX to Germain Lexus because I had a warranty. My family has used Rick for over 40 years and last week Germain wanted to charge me over double with almost twice as many labor hours for a gasket replacement. My mom said it best to Rick yesterday. " Rick I don't come here for a discount or a lower price, I come here for honesty" The dealerships in town are all too big to fail. Rick is too honest to fail.
