I found a used Ford F350 at Rick Ford Sales via their website. It has a unique configuration that I was looking for. I live 500 miles away, so I had to go by their description, and pictures to verify that it was what I was looking for. After I sent them the money for the purchase, I found out it was a different model than what their website said. Rick Ford Sales said they would compensate me for the difference, but then later refused. Now they won’t talk to me or return my messages. I feel their integrity is very poor!
Rick Ford has always taken care of me and treated me like a customer but then again to don't yell and scream like some people when I don't get my way.
