Dr Papandrea and all the staff at OAW have been nothing but amazing. I previously had surgery on the same shoulder that was redone. The compassionate from the staff about ensuring that I was comfortable from scheduling to post surgery recovery is one of the best I've ever had
Recently I had a complete right shoulder replacement done at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Surgery was performed by Dr. Rick Papandrea, who was assisted by physician assistant Ryan Hamm. Surgery was performed as an outpatient, and I was home from surgery/recovery in less than 6 hours. Within 2 days, I was not required to use an arm sling, and I was provided with rehab/therapy exercises which I could perform at home. I was well taken care of with great detail and by a wonderful staff through the whole process. I’m 4 weeks out from shoulder surgery and am starting to see the improvements.
