I've now used Collision Specialties 4 times for various vehicular bodywork and every time they have done a fantastic job. The bodywork always comes out looking great. Dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare but Collision Specialties handled that aspect of the repair for us and despite the inevitable initial lowball repair values, always got the full cost covered. Hopefully I'll never need to use a body shop ever again, but if I do, I'll be going to these guys.
They were very difficult to work with. They argued with me and my insurance company. Tom Drake was very rude and condescending when I went to pick up my car. By far, some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I would never recommend them.
