If you dont mind paying close to $400 to replace flapper sales in two toilets and calling them back within 10 minutes because the toilet is still leaking, this company is for you. When they returned concerning the leak I was told I need a new toilet. The second toilet start leaking about a week later. I was never told a cost, they would send me a bill. This company saved the day today. They came out within an hour and had the plumbing issue fixed within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful!
Experienced & Knowledgeable! Our first experience was when we needed a new water heater and Rick took one look and saved us from a potential co2 event. The dying (gas) water heater had been vented improperly. Since then they have replaced the incoming (planned) water line and the outgoing (emergency) sewer line for us. Hate getting the bill, but the service is done correctly & meant to last a long time.
