I have had a great experience working with Rick Chimento's office for State Farm. They handle my auto and property insurance. They have always been very prompt and eager to help.
I was with this company for years. It has changed. I do not recommend using this place. They were rude to me because I asked for an itemized bill due to receiving charges I did not feel were correct. After several different responses, I was eventually told they cannot provide an itemized bill to me to show what I was being charged.
