I had a unique experience with Dr. Chada as it relates to my mother. I’m an ICU nurse and was advocating for her from Texas, so it was challenging, but I had the pleasure of joining my mom’s visit with Dr. Chada today (via speakerphone) and he by far and away has the best bedside manner of any GI doc I’ve worked with in 25 years of nursing! He’s warm, kind, and thorough, explaining everything to my mom in terms she could understand. Dr Chaddah was super as always. He diagnosed my stomach disorders perfectly and prescribed a prebiotic and a probiotic which kicked in in about 2 weeks and solved all my problems
Dr. Rick Chadha is thorough, concise and welcoming. I trust him. However, I'm dissatisfied with the communication at GI Alliance for several reasons. When trying to make an appointment for a scan the hospital rep asked me to have the office upload the order to My Chart. The office mailed (late) a paper copy. When I called the number on the order it said the office was closed despite the website hours showing they should be open.
