Dr. Chada and his staff were knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I felt well taken care of through the entire procedure. I will certainly recommend him to my friends.
My experience with the actual Dr was very nice, he’s very kind and knowledgeable and bedside manner is great!! His office staff in Orland Park need a little help, I was set up and confirmed via email with their coordinator for endoscopy at a hospital at 9:30am when I arrived they had no information on me for scheduling. So was unable to check me in and their office doesn’t open until 10am and you can’t ever speak to them it’s text only and they get back to you at random when they can. It’s very frustrating. Amazing, set an appointment and they got me in way faster than anyone else. Spoke with Dr, came up with a game plan and he scheduled another appointment just to make sure we’re all good. I’m 31 years old and appreciate that Dr Chadha took my concerns and lifestyle changes seriously and he is helping me get back on track! Thank you GI alliance and staff you guys gave me so much more comfort.
