Wondering why RC plumbing doesn’t even have a website but is still in business…This company is giving kick backs to property managers so that they can enter buildings and do unnecessary work and over charge the property management company…and I have records of them coming every month and shutting off full buildings water to “fix” minor leaks that can be individually shut off…but instead they over inflate the quotes for fully building R&M by paying off a cut too property managers and they do this every month to numerous build... read more
I live in an apartment building and RC Plumbing services our building. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. Detailed, friendly, thorough, clean, took time to explain, over and above service. 10 out 10!!
1. The serviceman tried to repair toilet leak with a new wax seal. He noted the flooring needed to be fixed long-term, (some cracked tiles at the toilet's base), but thought this repair would work for the time being. I agreed to have him change the seal, given his advice, however, afterwards as he was leaving told me he couldn't warranty the repair and the leak was back two weeks later Had I known he wouldn't warranty the repair, I would not have agreed to have him to it, ( a complete waste of money). 2. At the place of my employment we use these guys for everything. All of the employees are great and knowledgeable. Are always going out of their way to fix any issues we have and willing to put in the hours if they have to. I would recommend them to any person/business to use.
