I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Somewhat, but not very thoroughly

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! ... read more

The Doctor is rude, impolite and extremely sarcastic. You will like him if you enjoy being spoken to like you are a child. They staff could have been more polite but they atleast try. I didn't spend too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
