After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts. My daughter had several dings in her car. Another local company quoted twice as much as Bockman’s for just one ding. Bockman’s fixed two dings, some scuffing and scratches for the same price as the other company quoted. They also got us in quicker because my daughter was going away for college. When we picked it up, it was perfect. The entire car had been polished and the interior was also cleaned! She couldn’t be happier!
Recently had an accident. And everyone I dealt with was very respectful and very helpful with all of my questions.
