This place ain't even an auto center How doesn't A big brand Car dealership Work on cars Such as Detailing and bodywork.
Didn’t know they didn’t do glass work, had it towed there for nothing. Left the car uncovered in a snow storm for three days. Had to basically beg for it to be in the garage. Uhm heard they’re great. Was recommended, wouldn’t take a car there again. Just what’s the point in fixing a car after it gets water damage from a repair shop. Crazy. Wasn’t happy.
After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts.
