Renters and visitors beware! My name is Paul Smith and I had a horrible experience at one of Rick Benson's apartment complexes on Crane Dr. in Joplin, MO. Recently I was helping my mom during and after her extensive foot surgery. Over the course of three days my car was towed and the property manager, Deadra, (who was unconcerned) gave me the run around and forced me to pay $45 to get my car from Chuck's Towing before he charged me storage fees.
