I have been a St Farm customer for 40 years plus. I had a claim for water damage and Rick Bell (agent) was a great deal of help through out the claim process, from mitigation to finale phase. Rick even showed up at the house and was ready to help move furniture. Rick and his office staff checked with me several times to make sure that everything was on track.

I have been with Rick for 40 years. Through these years Rick and his staff have been wonderful to work with. Rick keeps me up to date on my coverages and explains what I have so that it is easily understood. Rick Bell and his team are the reason I never worry about my insurance. I have been with Rick since he took over the Chatfield office in the late 70's and never looked back. I have car, boat, life, home and anything that needs insurance I have with Rick. He keeps me posted when I need him. He checks on my insurance status to see if it needs up or down grading and I could not be more happier with him or his team.
