We were driving through and had a minor repair that we needed - super kind and efficient, great people!
The manager Terry is very rude. He raises his voice, talks over you, and laughs at you on the phone. They initially told me my car would take two weeks to fix. It is now week five. Not a single person has made an attempt to communicate with me or make it right. This has been a terrible experience. I recommend you take your car to another shop and stay clear of Rick Ball.
Wow! I was in a situation today traveling with my fiancé who plays para sports for team USA and these guys stepped up to the plate and got us back on the the road quickly! Our wheelchair ramp van had a door issue on our way to Omaha from Nashville and the ramp door would not close completely or open completely so no wheelchair ramp. They took us right in and got the door back on the track and raised the floor with a floor jack that according to the manufacturer will probably take care of the problem. Great caring people! Not trying to give this place a bad review; Google says they do vehicle inspections, but they don't.
I'm very happy with how my vehicle looks post-repairs. My sincere thanks to Terry and crew!
