Great rates and excellent customer service. They don't try to push any extra insurance policies on me like other agents I have been with. I highly recommend this office
I have been with State Farm for 41 years. I had Calvin Unfreid in Maryland and when my wife and I moved to Dallastown we had Dee Forney and Dee retired and Rick took over the office. After my first interaction and dealing with Rick Bair over a possible Homeowners claim an integrity issue occurred. Rick Bair has integrity issues. My wife and I were going to leave State Farm, but decided to go with another State Farm agent. And no Rick, I understood completely. It was crystal clear!!
The worst agent I ever encounter. I was with State Farm for 10 years under Dee Forney agent. A couple years ago I received a letter that I had a new agent "Rick Bair" I agreed thinking that his quality of service was going to be the same as I always received. Rick Bair is the worst agent! Really bad communication and after 10 years of not having an accident he is really quick to denied your claim. I changed my car for a new one (2016) and his staff never enter the information on the system. Off course he denied my claim. But... read more
