Horrible customer service. I was just cussed at by the receptionist. I was a customer for 4 years. Some payment issues happened. I was never notified. Not emailed. Not called. They just canceled my policy. Amd never notified me of that either letting me drive ignorant to the fact I was uninsured. Absolutely horrible insurance agent go elsewhere.

Rick has been our agent for 35 years and if there has ever been a claim or question, they have been promptly addressed. In addition to that, we always receive follow up calls to ensure we got what we needed.
