This was a great service years ago. Recently, we found that Rick had retired and our recent service has gone downhill. We have had three technicians in the past 3 months and the pool is filthy. At the end they only did the minimum. During the last service, we had to walk out to the truck to ask them to come back and clean the spa. They skipped it! Great option for pool inspections, installs and refinished.
Update. We had issues (some listed below) with our service. After we were finally contacted over the weekend, they came out on their own time on a Saturday evening to make sure everything was functioning properly. This was definitely above the call of duty. They followed up on Monday with another visit. We have been pleased with this responsive experience. We just had an initial pool service on our new pool.
