Rick, Riley, and their guys are as knowledgeable as you can find anywhere. Great customer service. After meeting the guy once, I called Rick after hours to get a part for a side by side rental that I didn’t even rent from him and he met me in the shop at 8pm on a weekend. It turned out I didn’t even need the part and he wasn’t even disappointed that he drove to the shop for nothing. Great guy and great employees, I highly recommend them.

Yes, they do have a business licence and are insured. I'm not sure where your incorrect information is coming from. We have never seen such hard working, knowledgeable, dedicated guys and staff, who not only take time to go out of their way and give amazing and valid advice for free, in person, and on the phone, but also would, and will always do anything for customer satisfaction, above and beyond. These people have no clue what they are doing. I looked them up, they don’t even have a license or insurance! DO NOT TAKE YOUR TOYS HERE!!!!!

I went to get information on service for my dirt bike- the customer service is non existant. I sat and waited as they chatted it up among themselves about their weekend-I finally left as they are more concerned about their social life than making their business a success (as is obvious by the appearance) It is essentially a motorcycle junkyard. I am not sure there are any qualified technicians employed. It is too bad as there is no alternative to an authorized dealer here in Kalispell.
