Maybe this is how you get work done correctly…. Still leaking and a 800 some odd bill is on the way… super sad at this point. Guess we will pay that bill then get someone else to come fix it correctly after we have money again….
I would NOT recommend Tyler Adams for any project. We hired him a couple of years ago to work on a rental house and it took him months to finish the project. Fast forward to October of 2024- we thought we’d give him another chance. On 10/21/24, Tyler came out and looked at the project… it was hooking up a line to our fireplace. He said he would get us a quote. As of 11/18/24, we had not heard anything from Tyler and still did not have a quote for the project. Guy didn’t even call us back to schedule after visit after becoming aware of the urgent issue. Not only that but his secretary is clueless, he leaves work for the day hours early (attempted twice to reach him and by his own secretary he left early). Did call prudently the next am (around 7am) but acted flustered and said he’d call back and never did. Basically, if you don’t want the job/work tell the customer up front. Thankfully he’s not the only plumber in town.
2/10 park job. Do better it’s not that hard
Great team of plumbers, highly recommend. Fixed the issue quick and easy.
