We got our mortgage through here our banker was great but we have had numerous issues with our homeowners insurance and them.... They raised our monthly payment because of our insurance payment and the never paid the insurance!
I thought this was a good bank I like the people until now this place had a update I called and told them to lock my accounts because this update would not allow me to use my banking app. So I called got them locked the lady I spoke with told me I would have to come in or call to unlock my cards I said great. So when the system rebooted it took my locks off and I wasnt able to change them back to lock allowing for charges to come out now this bank says to bad sorry our system did that but not their fault.
