I thought this was a good bank I like the people until now this place had a update I called and told them to lock my accounts because this update would not allow me to use my banking app. So I called got them locked the lady I spoke with told me I would have to come in or call to unlock my cards I said great. So when the system rebooted it took my locks off and I wasnt able to change them back to lock allowing for charges to come out now this bank says to bad sorry our system did that but not their fault.
I was real impressed with the coffee shop in this bank! You go in and to your immediate left you pay for your coffee, then go to what would be your right when you came in to order your coffee type. The payment is $5 for the coffee, but 100% of that money is donated to local places, and the bank makes you the coffee for free!!
