I made an appointment for services on June 23, 2014. I was told that the technician would be at my home between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on June 24, 2014. I waited for the technician to arrive expecting my problem to be solved. At 11:30 a.m. this morning I received a call from what sounded like an answering service telling me that my appointment was going to have to be moved to either tomorrow (June 25th), or the next day (June 26th).
