They are fabulous and A1customer service, I wouldn't go anywhere else 5 star
Waited for 1 hour until I was actually touched, they took walk ins before the customers who actually booked an appointment! Very disappointed.
best nails i’ve ever gotten! done by the lovely nail tech sue :) top nail salon in horsham by far. everyone is so kind and very talented with their work. 10/10 recommend.
I got nails here was told to come back in an hour I did and was told that I wouldn't be served. Worst place ever I wouldn't recommend them.
Extremely Bad customer service! I took an appointment at 11:30. Made me sit for 30 plus min without any acknowledgement or any update on how long il be waiting for. Had to leave because the place looked overbooked.
