Dishonest, took my down payment, we disagreed on house due to city requirements, rich well went back on deal to solve our problem and stole our down payment with no reason , no contract violation, stay away
Richwell built our home and I can not tell you how easy the process was. Joe is so detailed that everything was pristine and perfect. Our home is a few years old now and the quality is unbelievable. Every material is top quality and still looks brand new!! The price was exceptional and the process was simple and fun!! I would definitely recommend Richwell to anyone.
Closed 2 months late due to vendor issues, that will explain the rest of my review. Don't close if something is not 100%, because if YOU don't have time to contact the vendors they use on your own, you are just that on your own. It has been our experience that YOU have to contact the vendor, or Richwell to remind, them to contact the vendor on your behalf to get the follow up work done, we are 90+ days in and still waiting on things from the original punch list."
