One of the things that's very important is keeping the elevators moving. Over the last six months, there's always been an elevator broken, and it's been a lineup of seniors trying to get to their rooms either up for the night or at the end of lunch.This cannot go on as it is.There are 18 people waiting for the elevator, and these are seniors who need to be treated with better care. Fix the elevators or you're going to lose a lot of business.
So my mom was only there a month on rehab placement via hospital, but this is what we saw. A 6 story building with a wide footprint and only two elevators. One elevator under repair for a year and, we are told, when that is done, the other elevator is slated for replacement. Basically, they need at least 4 elevators and have one. Residents and staff build their day around elevator space which is, as you can imagine with walkers and wheelchairs, highly limited especially the hour before and after every meal. The receptionist Rebicca j have no manners how to talk with visitors, she is very rude. I have so many things to explain the way she talk with me, i don’t write all because the review is soo big, that’s why i write in short, she is soo rude & she has no manners to talk with someone, i suggest to everyone please don’t go there & don’t talk with receptionist, thanks
My wife and I are delighted to reside at Richview amongst friendly people in a beautiful setting. Feels like a resort in the country but just 20 minutes from the city. Why didn't we do this sooner!?!
