Horrible 3 hour waiting time always and the ladies never know who’s the next patient never go there
I’ve been seeing Dr. Barbouti for 8 years. He has made a big impact on my life. Today I got a new family doctor because of how bad the front desk is at this clinic. It is so awful that I am actually willing to change doctors and clinic after almost a decade. I wish I could a zero review. Doctors are great but the receptionists are HORRIFIC. so unorganized, don’t understand basic tasks, seems absolutely lost, do not follow through on any request, impossible to get through by phone on and on.
Very small, out of my way, but incredibly knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner particularly, the doctor as well but she surprised me with her knowledge and empathy
If i could give 0 stars i would. Receptionist super rude, talks with attitude even though it was them who gave the wrong information to the patient……i have never seen such disrespectful receptionist…..SUNDAY march 23@ 10:20 am
EMBARASSING! I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING! So my family doctor is not here right now so I was told I MUST come in just for a doctor to see me so he could JUST PRINT MY PAPERWORK FOR BLOODWORK....#1 Why waste my time to come in as a walk in also btw! Only to have something PRESS PRINT??? Does this makes any sense to anyone in the world? Doctors office is meant for sick people I'm not sick I just need the paperwork to get my bloodwork done!
