We were referred to Jensie Richmond by a real estate attorney to handle my parents estate. I didn't feel she was willing to do anything more than the bare minimum to close the estate. If it might cause more work she has no ambition to pursue it. We were not told anytime you front how much they charge, what he me fees we would be responsible for. We found out after that every time you emailed or called to ask a questions you were charged for a minimum of 15 minutes every of it took 2 minutes, same with answering emails. There... read more
