Amazing man and physician! Great bedside manner. Had carpal tunnel surgery and a trigger finger fixed yesterday. Feel great today and would recommend Dr. Richter to anyone needing hand surgery! Office staff very friendly and professional!
Carpal tunnel ,I had both hands done in 1997 ,there was only 2 weeks of light duty use, freedom from 30 years of pain ( why did I wait so long ) GREAT DOCTOR I tell everyone this is the only doctor to do your hands. 5star
Dr Richter is an outstanding doctor. My cat had bit my right hand and his office was able to get me in relatively soon thereafter. Trust me that’s rare!! I had developed bumps where my cats teeth had punctured my palm. Dr. Richter looked at it and told me the story of Dupuytrens contractions. Impressive! Not only because he knew what happened to me, but also because he’s not one of those greedy doctors who just want to cut into you right away. I highly recommend Dr Richter for anything hand related! He knows his business!!

The kindest, most gracious with the perfect bedside manners of any physician I've ever encountered. Add to all this his know how and professionalism. Highly recommended.
