Very nice people. Great doctors. I would love to see my doctor Ritter again.
There was the most pleasant & smiley staff at the desk upon my arrival. My wait was only 10 minutes in which I filled out my form. Dr. Richter was very nice, welcoming & attentive to everything that I explained to him. I never felt rushed nor dismissed, which really meant a lot. He answered all of my questions with patience & it helped me to feel more comfortable during my first time visit.
Husband had visit with Dr Richer today. He was very courteous ,professional and easy to talk too.
I dont trust Dr. Richter. I found out on a Friday my colonoscopy was scheduled for that Monday. That meant myself, and a friend, had to get the day off with no notice. Also, he never called in the medication that is required to be used prior to the procedure. I cannot believe he is a doctor!
