I’ve recently had the pleasure of working with Kelli at Richter. Having been in the industry for 33 years, I’ve seen a lot of companies that make promises and excuses. Kelli was wonderful to work with and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Richter Builders to anyone looking for a true professional.

Had an initial consultation for repair and restoration work. Pat & Kelly Richter were attentive to our needs and time line. They suggested breaking the project into two phases so that the urgent work could be completed quickly. For phase two they will create design plans and develop a solution remodeling a basement bathroom in conjunction with the required restoration.
