Purchased my Audi RS6 C8 some weeks back and was looking enhance the exhaust sound because of the OPF laws. I did not want to go down changing the exhaust at this moment in time. From the first day I visited them with my Q5 tow bar installation problem, to the day I picked up the car, the Richter Automotive team have been nothing short of amazing! Their “can do approach” to my problem was so comforting. On a final note, the quality of their work was definitely up to the original OEM standards. They are true professionals. Added an ABT power box to give my car a boost. Very knowledgeable and patient staff and seamless installation. ABT are underrated as people probably draw conclusions that they are expensive or other cheaper products do a better job. Think again. This is a quality product well tested and should give peace of mind. Thank you Richter Automotive & Craig. Very happy.

I asked Craig and his team if they could help me with a little coding of towbar electrics. Long story short, the original wiring was faulty from the manufacturer (ECS) and the second set I bought and fitted (P.F. Jones) worked perfectly with the coding originally done by Craig. I'll certainly recommend them and use them again. Top notch!
