I was a subscribed member of Rich's for over a year. Somehow, after the first few months of my subscription, they attached my credit card to someone else's account and billed me 2x per month for 11 months. Once I realized what was happening, I called their office and explained the situation. I was eventually told that they would only refund me $40 for 2 months of charges. New update... Still a great place. They give you towels to dry clean your vehicle and air fresheners. Good pricing... Also they have this little air pressure gun to blow in between the cracks that's hard to reach. So yea... Go black and Gold‼️
