I have had a great experience with Rich and Blue. Those are my kind of guys with direct communication, car stories, and telling it like it is, even when it's something that they could have done differently. That's an honorable service. They are also incredibly fast and by far the best price in town. They took great care of the Turbo 400 out of my 72 C10. I will be back for any other trans service that I need.
I’m pleased with there service
My husband took our van to Rich for a tranmission rebuild. He kept in contact with us giving pdates untill it was done. After we got it back it ran good for about 3 or 4 months, and then we started having the same issue we were having. Called Rich again left messages for about a week, with no reply we finally got threw to someone who worked in the shop, told him what was happening he said there shouldn't be a problem for them to fix it.
