Words cannot explain the excellent service I received. My car broke down on my way to Cincinnati from Georgia. My car was towed several times before reaching Riches Transmission Services. Rich and his team treat every customer like family. Not only was my car repaired in 24 hours after arriving at Riches, the price was beyond reasonable. Several shops tried to extort between 6 and 9k for unneeded services from me. These guys seriously need to put the tools away. I had a dodge cummins here 3 times for rebuild it was never right. $4000 job. The 3rd time it was there they wrecked my truck on the test drive. Transmission seemed fine after the 3rd time around.(Think they realized i wasn't a sucker and actually opened it up and changed parts) but I sold it to my buddy and few months later it has the same issues again. I truly think this is a bandaid transmisison shop. They will just flush the fluid and change minimal parts and hope it lasts... read more
