Rich helped me get my refrigerator replaced under warranty, it was a new camper but his fee was cheaper than gas and my time to take it 4 hours back to the dealer, get a ride home and go back to pick it up again.

Rich turned a minor AC repair into a disaster. Had me purchase unnecessary parts, then wired all incorrectly which burned out the new parts along with the control panel. Tore out my heat strip which was working properly. Now no heat strip. I was warned that his work was subpar but didn't heed the advice.
