TODAY I LET OUT ALL THE WATER FROM MY TANK. I NEGLECTED TO TURN OFF THE POWER. AFTER BRUSHING OUT ALL THE BUILD UP IN THE TANK I REFILLED IT TO CAPACITY.NOTHING WORKED AND I COULD NOT GET ANY WATER TO THE HOUSE. I CALLED RICH AS A NEW CLIENT. HE WAS ABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OVER THE PHONE AND NOW EVERYTHING IS WORKING.UNBELIEVEABLE IN TODAYS WORLD FOR A BUSINESS GUY LIKE THIS. THANK YOU FOR BEING HUMAN !
