Good experience, the food was tasteful, and the service was very accommodating.
This place is awesome! Great food with so many options! Fun decor and a lively atmosphere! Amazing customer service! And Josh is seriously the best! He’s an excellent manager, keeping the staff motivated to work hard and keep every order correct. He’s always making sure that every single thing that leaves the line is the best it can be! I will be coming back and sending all my friends!
Rich’s has the best burgers ever! I can’t even eat burgers at other places anymore, they’re just not as good as Rich’s! I love that there is such a variety and many customization options that I can get anything my heart desires. The Maui BBQ and the Mac and cheese burgers are my favorite. These guys have heart. I always have a good experience here. The manager(maybe the owner) is a wonderful person. A brownie caught my eye when I was trying to decided if I wanted it or not and she just threw it in my bag at the end of a very enjoyable conversation. They always make good food and a great atmosphere. They have a good innovative menu. There can be a wait if it's slammed but that's the same for any decent place to eat down town. Food was great. Cashier and the guy helping the cook were super friendly. The cook is what ruined this place for us. He was extremely rude to the other two, yelling at them the whole time we were there. It was completely uncalled for. You don’t need to treat people like that. If the owner reads this the cook should at least be reprimanded for his behavior. We won’t go back in there, I’ll say something and get myself into trouble.
