We had a wonderful experience with Rich's! They were super helpful from the start and guided us through the process. We were having issues with our Hunter Douglas shades and needed to get replacements and the guys were so nice to meet with me and help me select color and type, explaining in detail the differences between them all. Excellent experience from start to finish. Nathan and Max were fantastic. Nathan spent time with us picking out all of the shades and was extremely helpful and patient. Max took the time to install and explain all of the features of the shades. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend them. Absolutely top shelf.
Amazing experience from start to finish. First off, we work busy jobs where getting into a shop during the week was of course doable but not preferred.
