Well, THAT was impressive. In response to a message placed on the website, Max called at about 6:15 pm to schedule an appointment to come over and fix our blinds. When I said that any time was fine, he asked whether he could come after work. Surprised, I asked when he got off work; he replied “Actually, I should have left about an hour ago.” Well, it’s now a bit before 7 pm, Max went home a few minutes ago, and the blinds are working again. I called this business for help in repairing my hunter douglas blinds. The service person came to my home and took the blind to repair in his shop. Despite repeated calls, he never repaired the blind or returned it to me. I arranged for an alternate business to replace this blind and the other three matching ones in the room. Extremely poor experience
Great experience! Nathan and his family have owned the business for 70+ years and treat everyone like family themselves. Highly recommend.
